Return Policy
1.Defective Merchandise: Products are inspected prior to packing and shipping. However, we do not open the sealed packages of individual products that come directly from the manufacturer. If you receive a product that is defective, please contact a customer service representative within 2 days of your receipt of the order. If you wish to return the item, you will be given an authorization number and instructions on where to ship the merchandise as well as how credit will be handled. A copy of the original invoice must accompany authorized returns. We will not accept any returned items without prior authorization. Any cost to return merchandise must be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or has arrived damaged.
2.Other Returns: Many standard stock products may be returned for any reason, upon return authorization within 2 days of the order receipt date, with a 15% re-stocking charge. Authorized returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. We do not accept returns on books, metals, chemicals, discontinued merchandise, special order items, or sheet glass. Any cost to return merchandise must be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or has arrived damaged. These returned products must be unopened, unused, and packaged in their original packaging. Any damage to the product which occurs during the return shipping to us is the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept any returns for any reason after this 2-day notification period. Merchandise returned without proper authorization or without a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted and/or credit will not be given.
