What is the address book?
The address book is a feature that allows you to store information pertaining to your business accounts. You can add as many as you like and delete them when they are no longer needed.

How do I re-set my email or password?
From your account menu on the left choose the "change email" or "change password". Either link should take you to a small form where you reset your email or password. For your email, simply enter, type it again to confirm it, where stated and type your password. For resetting your password, enter the old password, enter the new passoword where stated and re-enter to confirm. If password has been forgotten just click on the link below to generate a random password that will be sent to your email.
How do I get a catalog?

What credit cards are accepted?
At this time we are only accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping Information for USA - Tools and Supplies
Most orders for tools, supplies, and GlassPacks are shipped 24 hours from receipt of order via Standard Ground Service by one of the carriers listed below. Transit time to your destination is determined solely by the carrier. Shipping costs are pre-paid by us and added to your invoice.

3) United States Postal Service (USPS). Rush orders for tools and supplies must be placed before 12:00 PM ( Noon) CST Mon.- Fri. for Same Day Processing. You may request (Next Day) Delivery, (Second Day) Delivery, or (Third Day) Delivery. Please ask your salesperson for rates and rush shipment information. Items that are considered to be hazardous or flammable (such as some chemicals) cannot be shipped by any form of air shipment or Priority mail.
Sheet Glass - Small glass orders are packed in our signature GlassPacks and shipped within 2 business days. All orders for full sheets of glass are shipped via common carrier. We will select the freight carrier with which we can offer you the greatest discount, or you may request a specific freight carrier. Freight charges are charged directly to you by the delivering freight carrier. Glass freight orders are shipped within 4 business days.
International Shipping Information - Our International Sales Staff will consult with you to determine the best shipping method for your needs.
Shipping Charges - All prices in this catalog are quoted FOB our warehouse in Houston, Texas. UPS, FedEx, and USPS charges are added to your invoice. Freight charges for LTL shipments are charged directly to you by the delivering freight carrier.
Sheet glass and other products require packing charges as listed below. These charges are not discountable.
1. Sheet Glass Crating Charges: Full sheets of glass are shipped in a wooden crate which will hold up to 40 sheets. There is a charge per crate to cover packing material and the wooden crate. Standard size crates are $30. Extra Large crates are $50. Air freight shipments are $40. This charge includes selecting, packing, and stuffing the crate to ensure safe arrival of your glass.There is no crating or pallet charges for orders requiring 3 or more crates.
2. Pallet Charge: Standard pallets are $8 per pallet. Metal came pallets are $10 per pallet. A pallet holds 3 crates. There is no crating or pallet charges for orders requiring 3 or more crates.
3. Glass Packs: $20 each Glass Pack. Glass Packs are used to ship small glass orders up to 2 sheets of glass as large as 24” x 24” by UPS.
4. Came Boxing Charge: $4 each package. Metal cames and rebars may be purchased in less than full case or bundle quantities. Special packaging is required for less than case quantities. Metal cames and rebars may be mixed within a came shipping package.
What do I do if my shipment is damaged?
We are not legally responsible for damage to any merchandise once it has left our warehouse. No Visible Damage: If your shipment shows no signs of visible damage, note on your bill of lading "Not checked for concealed damage".
Visible Damage: If your shipment has visible damage upon delivery, do not sign the delivery receipt until you make an indication of the damage on the shipping receipt, and file a claim for damage directly with the freight carrier.

What do I need to do if I want to return an item?
1. Defective Merchandise: Products are inspected prior to packing and shipping. However, we do not open the sealed packages of individual products that come directly from the manufacturer. If you receive a product that is defective, please contact a customer service representative within 2 days of your receipt of the order by filling out the return request form under customer service link. If you wish to return the item, you will be given an authorization number and instructions on where to ship the merchandise as well as how credit will be handled. A copy of the original invoice must accompany authorized returns. We will not accept any returned items without prior authorization. Any cost to return merchandise must be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or has arrived damaged.
2. Other Returns: Many standard stock products may be returned for any reason, upon return authorization within 2 days of the order receipt date, with a 15% re-stocking charge. Authorized returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. We do not accept returns on books, metals, chemicals, discontinued merchandise, special order items, or sheet glass. Any cost to return merchandise must be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or has arrived damaged. These returned products must be unopened, unused, and packaged in their original packaging. Any damage to the product which occurs during the return shipping to us is the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept any returns for any reason after this 2-day notification period. Merchandise returned without proper authorization or without a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted and/or credit will not be given.
